10 Ways to Strengthen Your Heart

Goal with this project was to connect SAC members with facts on strengthening their hearts and their general well being. I design this as marketing piece that would connect with Members via handout made to work in MS word as a template. Allowing our Fitness Directors to have the freedom to control 95% the verbal content. This flier below was just a teaser for the real handouts and template flier.
